I placed an order for furniture online from this business, and they stated it would be delivered within 3 weeks. It’s now well past that time and I haven’t received any updates. No one answers the phone, and my attempts to reach them by email have failed—emails bounce back and don’t go through. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
This company is a total scam. I ordered furniture on the 19th of April and promise 2 to 4 weeks. And then nobody answered the phone when I called to check on my delivery and now the company doesn't exist. The website is down. I made numerous calls nobody called me back.

The loveseat is luxurious, well constructed and fits the room decor perfectly. The delivery team was punctual and helpful. I'll shop there again.
