Would like to thank my technician cooper who came out to help me on short notice today 10/28/25 my shower valve body broke inside of the cartridge this morning after calling the company he came promptly and was able to undo the stuck valve replace my shower diverter and hose bib outside our home all done with care and expertise

The owner is a blessing. Came through for us when my Dad an honored Veteran died suddenly and a pipe broke making the ceiling collapse! Cooper who he sent out is a kind, thoughtful AND skilled young man. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood and took extra measures to help me avoid any future issues. I highly recommend using them especially if you have elderly people in the home and need someone safe to enter.
I'm editing my review from a month ago. And you can tell from my first review that I'm an honest reviewer because I gave 4 stars. Here it is a month later, and I was smelling gas again inside the house in the exact area where the repair was done. I called Local Flo and spoke to the owner. His first response was that it sounds like some pinholes in another pipe had formed and the pipes need to be inspected for additional repair.
