The owner is a blessing. Came through for us when my Dad an honored Veteran died suddenly and a pipe broke making the ceiling collapse! Cooper who he sent out is a kind, thoughtful AND skilled young man. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood and took extra measures to help me avoid any future issues. I highly recommend using them especially if you have elderly people in the home and need someone safe to enter.

I'm editing my review from a month ago. And you can tell from my first review that I'm an honest reviewer because I gave 4 stars. Here it is a month later, and I was smelling gas again inside the house in the exact area where the repair was done. I called Local Flo and spoke to the owner. His first response was that it sounds like some pinholes in another pipe had formed and the pipes need to be inspected for additional repair. I said those odds were minimal since the gas smell was coming directly from the area his technicia... read more

The owner of the company worked closely with me to get what I wanted and needed in the way of a water heater. The installers who came were professional efficient and neat in their installation . I was very satisfied.
