Best customer service ever delivered services on time and is excellent in serving customers.
Horrible experience. I have had two accounts with this lender that has been closed since 08/2020. paid and closed at that. only to find that on my Equifax credit report this lender is reporting a total of 6 late payments for the year of 2024. 4 on one account and 2 on the other. i have disputed this with the local fcu and Equifax now 7 times and have had no results in getting this fixed. my suggestion do not use this bank for anything. poor customer service.
