Please DO NOT ever use this credit union they treat their members like trash. Because I didn't get a car with them after my car was total they would not give a regular signature loan and they say it was because of my credit score that is over 600 and because they had to add on insurance policies couple times is they reason why they denied me but when I was looking at getting at new car they were ready to approve a 30k auto loan. I will be closing my account with them and telling any and everybody I know not to bank with them... read more
Best customer service ever delivered services on time and is excellent in serving customers.
Horrible experience. I have had two accounts with this lender that has been closed since 08/2020. paid and closed at that. only to find that on my Equifax credit report this lender is reporting a total of 6 late payments for the year of 2024. 4 on one account and 2 on the other. i have disputed this with the local fcu and Equifax now 7 times and have had no results in getting this fixed. my suggestion do not use this bank for anything. poor customer service. I have zero late payments or negative accounts with any other bank ... read more
