Its 1.20pm now been here since 10am Receptionist says the nurse prioritises who goes next. I can understand and baby and the elders. However when told at 12pm that you are 2nd in line. (She goes for break comes back) oh you are next. 1.15pm told by other Receptionist oh you haven't been here longer then 9.40am person. I said that I have seen many people going in and out that are not a priority. Then she said the Doctor is seeing those who booked appointment (lies 🙄) My grand daughter is a priority she has eczema. I went there first they told me 20to25 min and then I wait over there after 30 min I asked them they said it's take 2 hours. Highly don't recommend.
Why does it take over an hour to get an answer on the phone? Sole, IRD answers faster than this wth
I went on friday morning, reached at 7.46am and saw a long que. There was probably 15 people in front of me. Was my first time there. I had to come here bcuz my gp gave me 2 weeks from now appointment and i need to see doc urgently for my bad cough. I always had a long wait experience with any local doctors before so you'd understand my expectation with them. I asked the receptionist how long is the waiting time and she said shouldnt be too long bcuz they have more doctors today, i sat and waited. Nurse called me after 40min... read more
