Visited Browns Road Manurewa Local Doctors on 28/04/2026 at around 7:40pm. The clinic states it closes at 8:00pm, but despite arriving 20 minutes before closing, the receptionist refused to take us because there were already four patients waiting. This was extremely frustrating, as patients should reasonably expect to be seen during advertised operating hours. Yous need a new system the wait time is just ridiculous!
Before I paid She told me 1hr and 30mins wait 3hrs later I'm still waiting to see a doctor
