Its my go to clinic. My GP is very popular so there is always a wait to see her. She is a great doctor who is very knowledgeable, empathetic and understanding to her patients. She goes an extra mile in her service and attention to details helping her patients the best way she can. The receptionist is very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Actually all staff members working there are great 👍 God bless them all.
Dr Pervin Dalal is quite thorough and a proper Dr....not like 99% of NZ's google drs🤦🏻♀️...she use proper channels to see what is wrong with you..blood tests, X-rays etc ..I highly recommend her. However, my 3* rating is purely because one cannot book online and to try get hold of them by phone, nearly impossible...and one usually with bookings have to wait to see her 2-3 months....but Dr is definitely a 10/10 dr...
Long wait hours, poorly uncoordinated receptionist, but the Dr was good. We need a bit more time with other issues.
