Super easy to access. Directions were spot on. All supplies were located as described. This service is a lifesaver.
I cannot give more than 5 Stars as it is not possible. Planned a get away trip to NYC but left my cpap machine charger, mask , and tubing at home. Cpap local story attended all of my needs and went far and beyond to help me out when I needed most. On a Friday evening Robert fully took care of my situation and I could get all of the necessary equipment to enjoy the weekend with my fiancee. Totally recommend this great Company who truly cares for their customers going far and beyond expectations .
Great service and execution. I was in NYC on vacation and forgot part of my CPAP assembly. Found Local CPAP on google search. Called at 7am left a message with there real person overnight messages service. Got a call back from Rob by 7:30 am. He provided all the details I needed to get what I needed via text. I placed the order online, got an order confirmation via email, a locker number and combination, made a 15 min walk to there 7th Ave location, had what I needed by 8:30am.
