I walked in today with a very sore ear and no appointment. It was lunchtime and they offered to look inside and she told me that based on what she saw..I likely had an ear infection and make an appointment with my doctor. I was able to and get some antibiotics. Outstanding to take the time for me and now if I have any hearing issues I would definitely go here first.
I recently had a hearing test performed by Stephanie. It was an informative and professional experience. Stephanie explained what she was doing and what to expect through out the testing. At the end, Stephanie showed me my test results and explained in detail what my results meant in easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend her services.
My parents have gone to see Stephanie at Local Care Hearing Services, and she is always patient and kind with them both as she teaches to navigate the ap on their phones to get the most out of for their hearing aids.
These ladies know what they are doing, and do it very well. From hearing test to hearing aids with friendly help and lots of answers to all my questions. I recommend their caring service.
It's great to deal with professionals! They are super friendly and accommodating. Easy reservation. Reasonable price. Great availability. We'll be back.
