Cool idea with kiosks within a brewery. Don’t confuse the brewery with the food service. Why does it take 30 min to get chips and queso? It’s not busy, but there’s no one to talk to to see if they just missed the order. Had to just leave after paying for the food even though we didn’t get our food. Very disappointed. Great concept, poor execution. Again, brewery is awesome. Local Cantina sucks. Big time.
Ordered food. It took 45 min for nachos and queso. Then after being told it's ready, there was nothing. Literally anyone can take your order. Or it just was never made. Don't order from inside Reingeist!!
Disappointed with the service. I ordered food that included a side on the touchscreens within Rhinegeist. When the food came out, it was dropped off and the staff disappeared. The order was wrong and was missing the side. I tried calling the number but no one answered. I emailed their support and never got a response. Really disappointed in the service, the food is great, just need to fix this.
Weakest bag of extra chips I've ever seen. Are you joking?!?!
