Amazing staff, very professional and friendly. A lot of workout options through everyday of the week. Your body really feels the burn. I love it!
Be aware this studio is addicting once you tried couple of classes, all you want to do is to keep going and get to attend as many workouts as you can :) Jokes aside, there is a variety of classes, amazing instructors, lots of workouts offered every day to fit one’s busy schedule and overall great atmosphere.

This studio is amazing!!!! Instructors are great! Workouts are hard- modifications offered. So many options for classes. Barre, barre burn, blend (circuit training), cardio blast, Yoga, booty, and build. The best part… NO JUDGEMENT! I’m middle aged. A little heavier than I like and very comfortable getting my sweat on!!! It’s also affordable!
I started going to barre classes a little less than a year ago and it has been one of the only studios where I feel comfortable exercising. I’m very socially anxious but the instructors here are wonderful and always start or end my day with happiness and support! The variety of different classes means my body is always getting challenged in a positive way! I recommend Local B to everyone! :)
