Don't waste your time!!! Charles reached out to me after I placed an ad online for my vehicle. He messaged several times asking questions and said he wanted to make an offer and asked me to bring the vehicle in. I asked what range he was thinking because I didn't want to drive all the way to his lot if he couldn't meet my asking price. He gave me a range of $3700 to$5200. When I got there the offer was $100.
