They replaced my windshield with an aftermarket one. In the process they had to chisel the rear view mirror bracket off of the old windshield and install it on the new one (cracking the glass in the process). I didn't realize it was cracked until the crack spread past the bracket hardware. Tech was supposed to come out and look at it but never showed.
