Getting appointment was easy and quick. Persons show on time with its equipment and he was making sure that it will not mess any other stuff while cleaning.
Very professional, on time, staff is very helpful and polite. Would recommend 1000%.
Overall a very good experience with Royal. David the tech was on time and courteous. he performed all the tasks in a timely manner and kept me updated on his progress. I have used Royal for 5 years and will continue to do so for all future AC/Furnace issues.
David showed up early, walked me through what the process was and went to it. When done he explained somethings I can do to keep the ducts clean and when to change a filter. After he left, I had trouble getting the heat to kick back on and he came right back over and showed me where the pilot light is and how to check that its working. Very professional and caring! Def recommend!
