Well as a Providers office calling to obtain benefits for a sweet man who has worked his entire life to receive benefits from this company, you would think that we would be treated with a little respect...BUT nope not from Karen (this is her real name I am not referring to when people are being a nightmare and are given this name as a joke) but if the show fits it fits.
