Location is a converted house and is very easy to miss off rt38 50 mph speed limit. Note: The telephone pole just before the driveway may have orange mark out paint. Parking lot and building are handicap friendly. Limited parking right side of building and space to park up front of building. No drive up. No ATM No bathroom Only two tellers, so wait is common. Staff friendly and professional.
This branch has Excellent Customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful decorations for the holidays. Enjoy the Customer service.
I never had a single problem with this credit union. They always have themed decorations for holidays/occasions. They remember you although it may not be your personal bank, and it was a lifesaver finding a credit union that would allow me to utilize them for the same sort of banking, once my local branch closed for good. They all react nicely to my quirky personality and I'm always in and out even with two tellers.
Great place. I have been a member for over 20 years. All the employees are very nice and helpful ,and helpful and knowledgeable.
