My wife and mother in law called the office for a Saturday appointment, they were given one when another patient cancelled. The arrived on time, checked in and waited FOUR HOURS. When my wife told the staff they were leaving and the level of service was unacceptable, office staff stated you are walk in?? My wife left. She later called and asked if a Saturday appt was available, staff said no more Saturday appointments, walk in and wait.
