Nice place Nice people but if you can't keep up with your booking time then you should cut it off until you can catch up. You shouldn't booking times you can't keep having customers waiting for hours not good business.

i got loc extensions mar 31 ! the atmosphere was lovely staff was friendly.I wanted two strand twist into a loc lnot bob so i can be within regulation .i told the loctition what i wanted and he stated thats what he was doing .It was tied with a lot of rubber bands just for 2 loc. I got it fixed at another salon and it is exactly what i wanted the first time at the new spot. I even gave a $70 tip that wasnt even worth it .Never again.

Got my loc extensions done here last year and the customer service was great, however the result of my extensions were disappointing. My locs were coming out by day 3. At first it was one loc, then by day 5 I had a total of 6 locs that had just fallen out. Went back to get it fixed and the same thing occurred. By the time I got it done the second time, i had a total of 10 locs that slid out. I was not happy. $350 down the drain. The people there at the salon are really sweet, and nice. Clean environment, good vibes, great customer service. I really appreciate how they really try to work with you. I got a last minute appointment before a big event and a late appointment for my son after the hours offered online. Loc nation can be a one stop shop ad I was able to get a loc retwist, style, and line up. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Prices are great compared to others in the area. After just one visit, I think I found my loc home!
