I specifically stated that I did not want my card set up on autopay yet my card was continuously charged despite my saying no autopay. I was understanding and tried not to make a big deal about it.. but recently I was charged $5 for the card declining and I find that to be pretty shady considering I asked from the beginning to not have my card information saved and ran automatically. I loved using this storage facility! Phil is kind and available, our unit never had any problems and it was a safe space to park our belongings! If we ever need this again in the future, Loc-N-Stor will be my first call!
