I ordered back in April, I reached out in May asking when will my order be shipped & someone by the name Breeyon emailed me saying she sincerely apologize for my order back in April 24 and that it was an oversight on their part and she takes full responsibility. She said you have two options: I can issue you a full refund for your order. Or, if you’d prefer, I can ship your order out today and include a complimentary item as a token of my apology and appreciation. Incredible service. I don’t trust many with my locs but Shavanna did an amazing job I will be back again. My hair feels amazing and so soft.
I love this place. It's a one stop shop from nails, barber, and loc care you can get everything you need. Plus the shop is super cute and clean. I highly recommend!

Today I unlocked all my hair possibilities with Loc N Key! My husband is spoiling me for our anniversary and don’t you know 10 years ago Shavonne Bass did my hair for our wedding!!!! It’s amazing to see how her business has literally BLOSSOMED into one of the most premier and distinguished salons in our city! It’s like a little island on Bardstown Rd.
