This was my husband and myself first time coming to Loc Luster after having a prior bad experience with another Loctician, we immediately felt welcomed and all of our questions and concerns were answered professionally. The environment was very clean and organized and Tanika did an awesome job with the care of our locs and styling as requested. Karim, you and your staff gave us an amazing customer service experience and we look forward to having our locs maintained with your staff.
