The best thing about LOC is the quick turn-around time when we order. A nearby property always asks to borrow keys from us because their existing vendor turn-around is slow. Thumbs up to Josh and his team. Service was soo good with keys, we started buying PTACs from them too. Pricing on PTACs in unmatched.

The team at LOC (Joshua in Sales, and Marina in Ops) are great to work with. We had an issue with a certain type of keycard, that they rectified immediately with amazing customer service. Working in hospitality, this was very noticed and appreciated. Products are great, delivered timely and efficiently. Highly recommend for your keycard products!
The LOC team has been wonderful to work with. I have to say I am newer to the purchasing team for my hotel and Josh was fantastic in assisting me through the process and recommending the correct products for my needs.
