Been 5 years with LOC. Fantastic banking establishment . Treated as part of LOC family. Never disappoint!
Do not recommend if you use your middle name. I banked here for 22 years with zero issues cashing checks made out to my middle name, and my account even has notes indicating that I use it. Out of the blue, a new teller said I could be cashing someone else’s checks and informed me they would no longer accept checks made out to my middle name. After confirming that every other bank in Howell accepts them, I canceled my account today.
Staci Bennington was extremely knowledge and helpful. Bonus... she is a notary as well. Thank you for the help on our wills and finances.
