This company did our tile. It is crumbling and wiping away. We tried for two months to get him to do something. He came and tried sealers but it didn't work. Wouldn't return our calls or msgs until we kept bothering him. Eventually I told him to re-grout the floor or give us a partial refund. He blames the manufacturers of the grout and wouldn't tell me the brand of grout he used. He then told me to call the manufacturer and said he doesn't have to do anything about it.
