It pains me to write this. I actually used Sergio quite a few times to do electrician work around the house and have always been satisfied with his work, suggestions, and care. Up until now. In Jan 2025, I asked him to upgrade my electrical panel as I had bought an EV. I knew this needed a permit through the city (or can cause issues with insurance if anything goes wrong). Can't speak highly enough of this company and the owner Sergio! Unlike other contractors, he is responsive! When he couldn't answer my call, he would call me back within 24 hrs. He is knowledgeable, conscientious about his work, answered ALL my questions, even if it wasn't what he was hired to do. He went above and beyond! He was the best investment I made while building my ADU!
Half of my kitchen outlets blew out on Saturday of all days. I called Sergio, he gave me a quote and said he'd come in a couple hours. He immediately went to the circuit breaker, tested the one for the kitchen, replaced it and problem solved in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him.
Sergio was quick to get a hold of, and he was there to replace a few blown outlets and was done within 30 minutes. I'd definitely call him again I I need any more electrical work.
He was punctual, very knowledgeable and respectful. And extremely fair on the price. Was in and out within an hour. Replaced breaker and rewired all the outlets. Diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely efficiently.
