I would actually give a negative number if I could. Lived here for two years because I didn’t have anywhere else to go and let me just say if you’re looking to live here do yourself a favor and DONT. They denied washers and dryers when downstairs had theirs replaced asap. We have had to throw away clothes due to burning and the floor under the washer is rotting away due to water damage.they then told us to use Casas washers when two of our roommates don’t even have a car due to being foreign exchange students…hello?
