Robert came out to service my sprinkler system. I asked him to reprogram the control box and he struggled with it because he couldn't see the numbers, so I furnished him a magnifying glass. He did not do the work I requested and he dug up holes all over my yard and then filled them back up with his foot leaving a sloppy mess. He did extend the sprinkler pipe to two areas that I asked him too, but he did not extend to the other two places that needed a sprinkler. I spent $1000 last summer to get my sprinklers in my small back yard up and running for the summer. Bob had to replace the pipe below the sprinkler box. It was less than two days work. I called him once to come tweak the sprinklers. Then a few months ago, the pipe coming up from the sprinkler box started pouring out water. This company is horrible i called to have them come look at something when. But enede up canceling because I found someone else he sent me a bill for 138.00 and he didn't do any work. That's what he stated on the invoice I was sent but that charge was due to him showing up
I called a number online to inquire about irrigation timer repair. I was referred to this company from Angie’s list. When this guy arrived (20 min late) he mis diagnosed my issue and tried to charge $180, instead of the $150 he originally quoted. If you’re in ABQ (or anywhere else) stay away from this man. He complains about driving from Edgewood and the fees he pay for leads to Angie’s list.
