Extremely disappointed with Loblolly. We had placed and paid for an ice cream order ahead of time for our school’s prom night, only to find out the shop was closed with no warning or communication whatsoever. This was a special night for our students, and we were counting on this order as part of the celebration. Not only did it let us down, but there was no apology, update, or explanation. Unprofessional and truly frustrating—especially when you’re dealing with a prepaid order and a meaningful event.
Very kind, great ice cream, and very fast! I love the churro cheesecake ice cream so much.
Love Loblolly, but I guess the lady working in the grey shirt today was having a bad day. I got the smallest scoop I’ve ever had here, and my friends was huge. She also ignored us and seemed irritated. Otherwise, the other girls gave great service and great scoop to my friend. Thank you girl with blue hair
The customer service is horrible waited almost 30 min for a milkshake... the young lady's that where working on ppls stuff where to busy talking to each other to actually do there jobs. I will not go back there again this is not the first time something similar to this has happened. In my opinion they need to have there managers on top of what's going on in the store...
