I have to say, when we had a concern about a situation, ant least over a year ago, it was addressed and it handled. The team has been super helpful and supportive. My wife and I are greeted with such care and appreciation. Thx to Albert and everyone else! 🤩
Great place to go shopping
Lodged some complaints in person and was told by two people I spoke to you on the phone that either they did not say it that way or I was wrong about what I heard. Then a manager says I will make notes in your file. What good will that do?? Of course no apology. I would once like to get my prescriptions without having to follow up and then maybe I would not mishear them on the phone. May very soon move to another pharmacy because even with a good location the hassle is not worth it!
