Very bad experience . Before I went to pick up my prescription, I have my husband went there to inform them to make sure they have enough stock. But they said we could pick up any time. When I went there on the following day, only one customer was there, two ladies were inside to serve. I waited until the customer had been serviced. The funny thing was both two ladies ignored me. Great place to get a flu shot. Staff are helpful and nice. I have had no issues here.
Came in for the first time (and last) to get a flu shot with my kid. They got all my personal info, health card info and made fill out both forms... after all this time the pharmacist comes to say that the vaccine for the child was out but the other one (adult) was accepted to give out. What? I’m not giving my kid the vaccine that is not the right for him! He insisted that nobody else had the vaccine - which was a lie, cause we left and got it at Shoppers. Why not tell the truth from the get-go and not waste anybody’s time? ... read more
