Repeatedly I was in contact with the pharmacy trying to access my insurance coverage and the pharmaceutical companies rebate program. There were delays caused by employees indicating they needed to follow up and thus I needed to return. Despite being chronically ill and mostly bed bound, I accommodated these requests and returned or called multiple times checking in on if the matter was resolved. I've been using this pharmacy for many years. But lately, there's been nothing but problems. Staff blame the system. Or the prescribing doctor, when my prescription doesn't show up online. I have to call them continuously. So what's the point of having it online?!

Decently consistent service, some staff will probably misgender you if you are trans. Eventually I plan to switch pharmacies because what are we doing honestly if the staff is going to misgender you when you're literally picking up hormones. Its one thing not to know its another not to take a hint

​I cannot recommend this pharmacy due to significant billing errors and poor service. A staff member incorrectly told me I had no insurance coverage, forcing me to pay out of pocket. It was later confirmed that I was covered all along. The issue was only resolved because a pharmacist from an unaffiliated store had to walk them through the process over the phone. The staff were dismissive and lacked basic knowledge regarding insurance billing, which caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
