I called the pharmacy in the morning to refill my medication and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived over an hour later, but my prescription still wasn’t ready. The staff asked me to wait another 15 minutes, so I decided to go home and come back an hour later instead. When I returned, my medication was still not ready. Customer Service is poor except to the lady who assist me in pick up who is accommodating & friendly. Also their waiting time is longer than what he told me.

I requested a consultation to compare some products. The pharmacist’s attitude was dismissive and condescending from the beginning, as if my questions were an inconvenience. She did not ask about my medical conditions and made incorrect assumptions even after I mentioned that I have specific health considerations.

Mandip Singh, the pharmacist was excellent when I called the store. He asked me a few quick simple questions, diagnosed me and had my prescription filled within an hour. Excellent service and professional Please remember your pharmacist is very qualified to help with many health issues or concerns always ask! The staff here is friendly efficient and I’ve always been very pleased. Thank you so much for your effort and genuine care🥳😎😀
