Rude service from one lady and outdated knowledge from other staff. I requested something that is covered by my plan, but I was told it wasn't. I had to return and explain that it should be covered before the pharmacist got involved, but even he wasn't familiar with how my coverage worked. I then waited about 40 minutes while another guy made phone calls to try to figure it out, but they still couldn't resolve the issue. Very rude and condescending pharmacist.
Have to agree with some other else, Andrew is a gem. Calls me by name and is always willing to help.
Felt uncomfortable picking my prescription up with the scowl faced unfriendly staff member serving me. will be transferring my prescription to budget pharmacy where they actually are friendly to their clients
Andrew is the best and his customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with. It’s a joy every time I deal with him
