Medication never ready and they keep loosing the prescription. Go to any other pharmacy.
Need more staff - Line is too slow moving Medication is not ready most of the time Please help your team by adding more staff.
Very poor experience here. Dropped off a time sensitive vaccine on Dec 20th, told it would be ready by Dec 23rd latest. Currently dec 31st and every time I go back, I’m told a different day it will be ready. I’m now giving up and going elsewhere, but they make that hard to do because the new pharmacy has to call them. I have been cycling through on hold for an hour.
