I was seen by the pharmacist who prescribed an ointment for eczema that the staff "compounded ". It's like a semi liquid grease...doesn't absorb into the skin, runny, staining clothes. I've called twice to address the problem and replace with a creme form. I was told pharmacist would call back. Nope. No return call. I am supposed to use this for 14 days but it's obviously not been compounded properly. I'll have to start over with a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time here if there's any alternative. To start I’ve been to the pharmacy for relatives on more than one occasion after checking their hours on their phone service only to arrive and find out they are actually closed. Frustrating and a big waste of my time on a busy day. I’ve had problems in the past with a pharmacist that was exceptionally rude when I was nothing but pleasant and professional with him. My husband and I are old customers and have been using this pharmacy for a long time! We were happy customers until now! Recently I had 2 very disappointing customer service experiences! I think not all the newer staff are fully trained to know how to do their jobs or treat the customers! Last night one of the girls in the front desk wasn’t doing her job and I had to ask for the pharmacist so I could get my medication for blood pressure!
