I was recently seen for a minor ailment visit and was so disappointed in my experience. Apparently I was seeing the pharmacy manager? She was so unprofessional. She made me wait 15 minutes for my appointment with no apology or explanation. She never used my first name or told me hers. My appointment had just started, she had asked me some questions when I heard her phone alert - she pulled her phone out of her lab coat pocket and proceeded to text while smiling at her phone. I was seen by the pharmacist who prescribed an ointment for eczema that the staff "compounded ". It's like a semi liquid grease...doesn't absorb into the skin, runny, staining clothes. I've called twice to address the problem and replace with a creme form. I was told pharmacist would call back. Nope. No return call. I am supposed to use this for 14 days but it's obviously not been compounded properly. I'll have to start over with a different pharmacy. Don't waste your time here if there's any alternative. To start I’ve been to the pharmacy for relatives on more than one occasion after checking their hours on their phone service only to arrive and find out they are actually closed. Frustrating and a big waste of my time on a busy day. I’ve had problems in the past with a pharmacist that was exceptionally rude when I was nothing but pleasant and professional with him.
