This pharmacy is horrible with their service. The pharmacist has the worst attitude. My script was sent Dec 2025 and it is now the 3rd week of January and my script is not ready. Her excuse was you weren't due, yes I know. That's why I didn't pick it up until now. That script was due January 12th and today is January 23rd. I had a great experience at Loblaw’s Pharmacy thanks to the amazing service provided by Jen, Hafsa and there assistants. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Both pharmacists were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s rare to find such genuine, professional service these days. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
Disorganised to the point of endangering health. My wife went without nitroglycerin 4 days. The automated text reminders either don't work or remind you 3 times for a script that you already have. We take over $1000 A MONTH in prescriptions yet they won't deliver something because we have to pay $10. So this morning - no pills to take so I'll get dressed and go pick them up. Very rude and disrespectful, working in a pharmacy meant to care for patients but the exact opposite. Taking time with filling meds making you wait days.
