Too many times they tell me they didn't get a fax reply from my doctor and when I call my doctor they tell a reply was sent 4 days ago and have a confirmation....very incompetent and unprofessional.....need to have more respect for the people that depend on the service..
Helpful service with a smile
This pharmacy is horrible with their service. The pharmacist has the worst attitude. My script was sent Dec 2025 and it is now the 3rd week of January and my script is not ready. Her excuse was you weren't due, yes I know. That's why I didn't pick it up until now. That script was due January 12th and today is January 23rd. This is not the first time that I had to come back again and again to get my script. This will be the last time I'm dealing with them. It doesn't matter whether it's due last week, today.
