Since Bhavish left, the pharmacy has gone down hill. The pharmacists are rude and don’t take the time to explain things and they have no time to listen to you.
After multiple years of being a customer, this place has turned into the most unfriendly service possible!! Everytime I needed anything I got a rude reply, or hung up on when I called. Plus it was difficult to even get someone on the line. The current pharmacist Hannan won't wear a name tag and takes no responsibility or willingness to give you her name. My husband and I have both changed Pharmacies because of it. Bring back Bhavesh Shah, otherwise Good Luck, Loblaws!!!
Rude new pharmacist. She hung up on me when I checked on a prescription. Then refused to fill my order claiming I wasn’t significant enough for her to order what I needed.
Zehrs Pharmacy, Woodstock On has recently turned into a circus. The lack of "customer service" that we are used to experiencing, is gone. Along with all the friendly, knowledgeable faces, that we are used to seeing. Bhavesh * Shah, would ALWAYS take time, no matter what he was doing, to address your questions or concerns. Rudely told to go elsewhere when called to follow up 3 days ahead of needing what is supposed to be an "auto-fill" /had been requested online already. Advice being taken - our household moves pharmacies this week!
