Staff are apathetic and don’t care to exude any energy to try and assist with any problems. Multiple experiences with them just shrugging their shoulders to say “that’s just what the computer says” rather than making any effort to assist with an issue.

Went to pick up my medication, doctor told me he needed an hour. I said no problem ill hang around and come back. I come back after walking around superstore for an hour, with my 8 month old, only to be told that they didnt have the medication on hand and that she told the Dr. After I left the till. He told them he called me, which was a lie. No one called me. He he left for the night. Extremely disappointed that he would lie and no one bothered to speak up while I was still at the counter.
