I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and I have had very few issues. The pharmacist is very thorough when she explains medications and they have been helpful when providing medical advice and prescribing medications. They are accommodating and non judgemental. I feel like the wait times are average for a grocery store pharmacy. I hoped that my first experience here had been a one-off, like I had just come in on a bad day, but the experience repeated on my two return trips since. It's the one-two punch of terrible customer service: the team is both rude AND not especially helpful. I live less than 200 m away from this pharmacy- I can literally see it from my house- but I'm going to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else rather than give them any more of my business

Called in to have my prescription refill prepared for pickup. They called back the same day to say it was ready, so I told them I’d pick it up the next 2 days. When I went to pick up the medication, I was told I couldn’t get it because there were no directions from my physician regarding the duration of my current dosage, and that they needed to contact or fax my physician. Today I visited for my Thorat infection Pharmacist Vinod is really polite with patients and explain everything lots of times clearly for our betterment and there was another lady she is also so polite and understands patient so well .

December 21, 2025 @ 12:30 pm called the customer service to check the counter coz i forgot to grab the free item ( batteries ) when you spend $300. The lady who answered my call that time didnt even help me and she just hung up the phone, so rude!
