Pam in the pharmacy is unhelpful and rude. Desperately needed a vial of insulin and was told she’d have to fax my physician to get a prescription, even though insulin can be prescribed by a pharmacist, and when I said I’d have to figure something else out she hung up on me… feels like maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer facing role that impacts people’s health and wellness if you can’t be kind or helpful. Insulin does not require a prescription in the province of Alberta in the case of an emergency.
Slowest pharmacy I've ever been to... The one on kingsway Ave is ok but this location is terrible. They should clean house and fire whomever is in charge and get new pharmacy techs as well.
