I went in 15 min before their closing time. Pharmacist Mr Patel was clearly not in a good mood.... he told me 3 times to come earlier, not near close.... Perhaps this gentleman doesn't realize we work and we cannot come in earlier... Anyways... Not a good customer service, this made me realize I never had to worry about this type of things when I was picking up my meds at Shoppers (up to midnight)... I did the switch to try a local pharmacy, and because we do groceries at Fortinos regularly.... anyways... not coming back. I ... read more
My family have been going here for years. They have never disappointed us and go above and beyond to help me with questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
The best staff ever! They always make sure my prescription is ready ahead of time. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Frequently go to this location and have never had anything less than a perfect experience. The pharmacist and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best pharmacy in Hamilton!
