Terrible customer services and not helpful at all. They have lost my prescriptions multiple times and just keep making excuses. I’m amazed by the weaponized incompetence.
Ss’s price is even higher than Rexall pharmacy now and higher than last time checked with them! When I came to drop off vaccine prescription, the pharmacist checked the price and told me it is $255. However, when I came today to get the vaccine, the price went up to $276, even higher than Rexall. When I talked with the same pharmacist, she said that it is from system, but why the price went up $21 more just one day before.
I am so frustrated with their system here… not even busy no line up and it takes 60 minutes to fill a prescription for a shot. I wait 60 mins then ask if its ready do for pick up, its ready but they tell me the pharmacists are busy and i have to wait another 45 minutes to get the shot administered. The pharmacists are literallt just typing and finishing papers. Why dont they put their patients first who they make very long wait times? Please avoid this location at all costs, go to a save on/shoppers/rexall nearby, they are a... read more
Terrible service. They are mismanaged and make people wait unnecessarily. You would think it would be convenient to drop off a prescription and do your shopping but that is not the case.
Dispensed the wrong drug! The pharmacist was incredibly condescending. She said I shouldve known the chemical name was wrong. She said the person who handed me the drug had no training and was not responsible for giving me the wrong medication. Why is an untrained person handing out drugs? How’s that legal? Loblaw, this is extremely atrocious behaviour and will land you guys in trouble. I needed anti nausea pills for diving and they gave me sleeping pills that cause dizziness and drowsiness.
