Messed up on repeats left on existing prescriptions numerous times. Put label on manufacturers box instead of bottle itself for prescriptions picked up on more than one occasion. Booked appt. To address UTI, filled out pre-screening questions only to be told I should go to family doc or walk in clinic. Attending pharmacist didn't even know why I was there and admitted to not reading the pre-screening form for my booked appt. Will be moving my scripts to another pharmacy.
Sure they can be busy but they are very professional and thoughtful. My wife has to take a 10 mg dose of a reoccurring prescription. They provide the med to her in 20 mg because her insurance doesn’t cover the 10 mg dose, then they split the pills in half for her. They made a note on her file to do this when reordering by phone.
