Great staff
I am shocked to see such bad reviews for this pharmacy. They were the sweetest people I have seen so far at a retail store. Leza was extremely sweet and understanding. The vaccine application was painless. Definitely get an appointment as it is understaffed and over worked so do not prefer walkins. They are absolutely polite and welcoming.
Pharmacist denied us as customers and told her assistants to not help out either. She ignored us and didn’t want to give a vaccine on a prescription saying it doesn’t exist when we checked with the pharmacist that it is available. Who hired this person with zero customer service skills?
Worst customer service
Store does not open on time. Customers are ignored and not acknowledged. Male pharmacist argued with my husband in front of other customers when my husband asked a legitimate question about why his prescription was not ready as had been promised. He eventually apologized when he realized they were at fault. Attitude of staff is as though they are doing a favour to serve you..Took our business elsewhere
