So inconsiderate! I called for a refill at 11:22am and was told that I can get my medicine at lunch time. I came at 2pm but it was not ready. Worse the pharmacist was on break and will be back after 30 mins. I cancelled my order. You just lost a customer!
They know you by name and are never too busy to make sure everything is OK with your prescription. Keep up the good work!
