It is my second time got the medicine here. The first time was ok, just a long wait, but the second time was worse. The pharmacist who was a long hair lady who worked at night was rude. She said the shop would be closed in 2 hours and couldn't provide medicine for me. She said i would get notifications if my medicine was ready to pick up for tomorrow. Next day, I didn't not receive any notification, then I called. And my medicine was ready to pick up. I will not never ever get prescription medicine from this pharmacy again! ... read more

it's actually been a lot better the past little while with the younger new girl that takes your prescription. Even though the wait time is typically still about an hour, She is really realistic about giving waiting times and will set you up for text message notification for when your stuff is ready. The older Filipino lady always says 30 minutes or 45 minutes and things are never ready when I or other people come to pick up the prescription and there was always a huge crowd of people waiting around the pharmacy. I called them today to ask if my prescription is ready, unfortunately the lady who picked the phone was too rude and cut me off before I finish my request. Pleaseeeee improve your customer service.

Worst pharmacy, pharmacies and staff are very rude. They prepare meds I don't need and told them a few times I DONT NEED THEM. They rush you out of the line. They have no idea about professional policies. They don't answer the calls, customer service doesn't Answer the calls.

Very unprofessional, doesn’t treat you well, doesn’t advice on the medication. My grandmother paid them approx $200 multiple times and they did not even tell her that it is not needed as she is senior, without income, and can get it for free actually. Her doctor advised that pharmacy should have guided her. Seniors here are living on low income and some people like them just don’t have any empathy left in them to give proper guidance. Shameful!
