Consistently, I receive great service from any of the staff, from the main pharmacist Sweetie to everyone else. Today I wanted to do a shout out of thanks to Akash (Limbachija) for his warm welcome, warm and friendly service and great efficiency. I’m treated like family whether I call or arrive in person by him. It’s great to see how friendly and respectful too that they are to each other. Stunningly incompetent. Prescription not ready after receiving texts to come pick it up. Constantly messing up so I had to return many times. Last straw was when they changed my insurance number in their system and when the insurance didn't pay for it, didn't tell me, so I had to pay full price. And then argued with me that I must have changed numbers. It two 2 phone calls and 3 trips to the pharmacy to straighten out their mistake. Stay away!
I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and have not had any problems. (I noticed that they have all new staff recently) I went to pick up a prescription yesterday and found out that they gave my prescription to someone else which included all of my personal information. Thankfully, that person returned the medication to the pharmacy. I received a call from the pharmacy manager asking me to return my medication and they would refill my prescription. This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used. We shop at Superstore so I thought I’d try them for the convenience. I tried three months and they are consistently late delivering our meds. The first month took three attempts as the meds weren’t ready when I asked. The second month, again, not ready and several trips required to receive them. I asked for texts to let me know when they were ready for pick up. Never happened. Now this month, I was shorted 46 pills. They didn’t tell me when I picked them up. Two visits = two negative experiences for me. I won’t offer a third strike option. Go anywhere else is my advice.
