The pharmacist today was in such a hurry to get rid of me even though I was the only customer there at the time. They displayed no tolerance for questions or small talk. Borderline rude. I have already switched pharmacies, and the only reason I went there today is because the doctor had sent the prescription to the old pharmacy. I will not be returning. My new pharmacy recognizes me and treats me with respect. Who's got time for rude customer service?
Booked an appointment to get a suspicious rash looked at for Lyme disease. I received confirmation by email. Once there, no one was aware of the appointment. When finally a pharmacist was available. He looked at my rash and since it was not a typical bulls eye/ target looking one to his opinion, like he showed me an image of on his computer (which I had already seen a dozen of time) , he immediately discarded the tick bite and diagnosed me with ring worm. Getting all my prescriptions at this location for the last 4 years with great customer service with the whole Pharmacy team, but unfortunately it’s not the same great customer service since new pharmacists , and assistants have began working there. Both myself, and my husband’s prescriptions were not ready after being called in a week in advance with absolutely no apologies or reasoning why. Awful customer service. Rude pharmacy assistants
Pharmacy assistant was very rude and snippy, snarky comebacks when explaining how to spell a name and had zero respect or care in the world for having any sort of friendly behaviour. Deborah, pharmacy assistant. Was not pleased.
