Always great customer service I just wish the Good pharmists would stick around longer . Just get to know them and they seem to be gone .Please do something to keep them around as most have been Really good people .
This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever dealt with . I travel across Canada for a living and my local pharmacy staff members in Ottawa where I am based are just horrible and disrespectful. The staff at this pharmacy however, have always going above and beyond for me. Shoutout to Mia the lovely young Pharmacist who bent backwards for me this weekend to help me resolve a pricing issue with my supplements . Excellent care
Ever since Covid Loblaws owned grocers (like independent) have been taking advantage of Canadians with their price creep and gouging yet blame it on inflation. News flash their stocks have risen by 250% in the last 4 years with record profits. I used to shop at independent because it was cheaper than coop, now it's more expensive for lower quality food, not to mention I often but produce or salads that grow moldy before the expiration date. Do better Loblaws and I encourage others to shop elsewhere.
