Consistent poor service since December. After failing to fax a refill in for me after I specifically requested that to be done, when I asked why it wasn't faxed I was told "the pharmacist had personal issues and left early so she forgot". This resulted in 4 days without a daily, needed medication. Since then when I call for refills and I give my name, I have been treated differently. When I called for a refill this week and asked to have it filled the same day I was asked if I had any, and I said no and thats why I needed it... read more
