Called to have a prescription filled and was told it would take 6 hours to fill. The service is horrendous at this location.
The service at this location has dropped significantly. I have been patient with them, as last year they had promised that service would improve, but it has gotten worse. Last week I waited for over 1 hour to pick up prescriptions, with only 1 person ahead of me being served. I will be switching pharmacies!
They have not been able to get any prescriptions right for months. Promise a prescription in 20 minutes, inform that I will be back in a couple hours and its not done. Completely disorganized, argue with you on prescriptions, and are rude. They seem to be overworked and understaffed with no chance of that being fixed. Definitely switching pharmacies immediately. From the reviews it looks like I am not the only one who feels they need an overhaul.
Pharmacy is CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY !!! I guess Kingston Pharmacy in Atlantic Superstore figures NO ONE NEEDS A PRESRIPTION ON THE WEEKEND !!!
