I went to Country Hills Superstore Pharmacy today and the Asian Pharmacist (she must be a Filipina or Southeast Asian Ethnicity)was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, brushed me off when I needed help to find a benadryl cream which I never used before nor have no idea what it is and was told go there and go here . I am a healthcare worker and how she treated me was inappropriate, ignored my question on what the cream looks like, her body language was extremely rude. My experience at Loblaw Pharmacy was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and staff members were not supportive when assistance was needed. When I asked questions, I was often told to "go here" or "go there" without proper guidance or explanation. The staff did not appear welcoming, and there was very little effort to make customers feel comfortable. We made an appointment, showed up on time, but they told us to come back an hour later as they were short staffed. Didn't notify us in advance, or apologize or offer to reschedule.
